Mail that contradict each other for the installation of my connection...

Hello ! 

I took a connection at 50mb/s in Düsseldorf at the beginning of September, I was sent an email telling me that I will receive the router on September 26th and that my connection will be activated on the 30th.

Yesterday I received an email informing me that I won't receive a router because I already had one (except that I didn't) and that my connection would be activated on October 12th (almost 2 weeks longer than expected...). 

So what am I supposed to do? On the site, it's impossible to see the status of my order because """" technical problems"""" and it's super complicated to contact them.
It's always complicated like that? I don't even have internet yet and I already want to change supplier...

Welcome to our o2 Community.

I am sorry for the delay and the inconveniences. There are two option now: 

If you ordered the contract without a router you can order a device afterwards (to be exact after the contract was activated),

or you could buy one by yourself via amazon or in a local store (for example a Fritzbox 7530) 

Which way would you prefer?
