Kabel internet confirmation


Hello, I ordered the kabel internet on May 11, but I still didn't receive the second email from O2 with information on how to proceed from O2 and email address confirmation at this moment. How should I do now? Thanks

Hello @iamywang and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you order a landline connection, there are several steps to be taken before you will recieve further information. We have to verify with the local provider that a DSL or cable connection is possible at your location and arrange an apointment. As soon as the local provider confirms a date you will recieve further information :-)

I assume you already receiveds further information and a date for the activation is fixed? :-)

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I still did not receive any futher information and a date for the activation. I even did not receive my order number. I do not know what should I do now.
