I can't login with my main account


When I try to login with my main account, the system asks me to provide a telephone number or Festnetznummer. I have a DSL contract but I don't have o2 number or o2 Festnetznummer. What should I do?

Logon to the GUI of the Homebox there you could

find you phone number.

O2 has no dsl without phone.

"Logon to the GUI of the Homebox" - could you explain how to do this?

 

I am trying `192.168.1.1` in a browser and then I am redirected to o2.box, but the page is not reachable

I finally could login from another PC. 

 

where is the phone number? I go to `Telefonie->Übersicht` and there are 2 phone numbers. But they are `Unbekannt` by your system.

 

there is a label `Die DECT-Basisstation ist deaktiviert`

Do you rent the homebox from O2 direkt?

Or did you buy a homebox from private?

New or Used?

I rent the homebox from o2. It was new when I got it

Update: I could login with changed number (0 instead of +49)
