I have HomeSpot Data Spot Unlimited Online and use it for Home-Office
last 2 months the internet connection became very unstable simply unusable
and not possible to do work at all.
I did some investigation and find out
- The simple ping shows that regular delays 40~50ms jumps to 700~800ms and more frequently to timeouts.
- HomeSpot connect change from Cell ID: 5175567 to Cell ID: 5175555 and problem appears.
There are some problem with Cell ID: 5175555, it has stronger signal, but do not have internet.
This issue requires quick solution
And compensation from O2.
