Free Netflix is invalid

Hallo

 

I have a problem with the link they send it to me. This is the link: https://www.o2online.de/priority/vorteile/du-hast-die-wahl-dsl . But I always get an error like this. 

 

 

 

I tried also to follow the instructions on this link, but it had not functioned as well:

 

 

 

I had a first contract as a O2 Homespot M über LTE 5G customer and registered myself immediately on your O2 website. However, because of the poor connection, I switched my contract to O2 my Home M DSL.   

I registered again as in https://login.o2online.de/ link as a DSL Kunde. 

I tried to call the customer service hotline for several times. They said that they already made a report regarding this issue. Its already 2 months now but still no one has ever been able to solve it. They always said that they will provide me an E-mail that will solve the problem. But until now, I never got that email. I always follow up from time to time, but they couldn’t help me. I am very disappointed. Please tell me what went wrong. Just try to be honest to your customer.

Regstering with your DSL landline number is an important step, glad you already did so :-)

As far as I can see the activation of the 12 free months of streaming should be possible by now. Could you try out and see if it works as it shoul? :-)

It still invalid. Could you please do it on my behalf? I mean, will you please try the whole process again since you could see my data on your system. Then send it to me the Netflix account and Password via email. I am really frustrated right now.

Hello @MaeMnlc,

we do not have the possibility to activate this for you. But if you still recieve the same message I assume that you still have not regsitered your landline number. 

It is of utmost importance that you first register your landline number on our online portal (please logout of our o2 community first or use an inkognito window in your browser to register). After this you can use the link we provided while being logged in with your landline number. :-)

I did it that too.  But there is still an error. 

Could you please register my landline number? I used the rufnummer as a nutzername. But still it doesn’t work. 

What do you mean by this also?

the package “o2 Select & Stream inklusive” gives you the possibility to activate one of our 3 streaming-packs. 

But first of all you need to register your landline-number for “Mein o2”.

You have the possibility to change the subtitles into English.
