question: did you rent the router from o2 or did you buy by yourself? And what exact model you use?

 

edited: And yes, you can made without any problem an upgrade to M or L tariff. But your line must technical support this. An o2 Moderator can look for this too. 

My German is poor. So, I will write English for communication if you are ok. I rent a router from O2. Its model name is  Homebox 2.

@zeros8706 english communication is OK. For you information. I am normal customer like you. Official employees from o2 have o2_ in their nickname. Please wait some days. Strongly prefer to make an upgrade over the community. Here you can write your questions in english. Best regards

and thx to @Joe Doe. I checked this matter for you and found out that right now there is no VDSL available to make a change. I send an email to our special department and asked for availability. So before I put together an offer for you we have to wait for reply. One more question: do you need a 24 month contract or do you wish to keep the 30 days period?

It might be interesting for a special offer in contract extention.

@o2_Manga Thank you for your help. I may leave Berlin on next august in 2020 because my work contract will be expired. So, I do not need a 24-month contract. Do you need any other information about my current O2 contract? If you need them, please let me know. Thank you

of course, here are the details. I booked o2 My Home M flex with no period. So you are free to leave within a 30 days notice. The basic charge is 29,99 EUR/month. There is no activation fee for the change. You will get all the details by emails. Pls take a look at your spam foulder, too.

@o2_Manga Could you check whether my DSL service was changed to M? In the official O2 homepage, my DSL service is still “O2 DSL S flex”. But, “Auftragsstatus” is showing me that the process fo the change for DSL M was completed. I am really confused. Thank you for your help.

@zeros8706 did you get an email, that you tariff change have done? After this you can see your tariff in „mein o2“

Hello @zeros8706,

you should have recieved further information by now. Since there are some technical changes attached with the new tariff the change could not be made withn 24 hours but will take some days.
