DSL problem

Hello,
Can someone help me please?
I have a 100 m/bit DSL connection in my house. I was in the period from 26.12.2020 to 02.01.2021 not at home so I have turned the Router(Fritz!box 7560) off. When I returned home there was no Internet connection! And the Power/DSL light flashes(blinkt) and after one Hour the Info light turn red! I have logged in in the router webpage it telling me
(Internet: nicht verbunden)
And when i diagnosed the the router it shows these problems:
Internetverbindung
IPv4: nicht verbunden
IPv6: nicht verbunden

I have restarted the router many times but same problem no connection. I have checked the cables and  they're all ok. So I've been told to install O2 my service App and try to figure out the problem. It shows that there is a problem and gave me a Ticket number: XXXXXXXXXX
The same problem happened last year 2020 and it was too in same time in January.  I was not home for 8 days and i turned the router off. When i came back home there was no internet
I have called o2 support center and tried to explain the problem they gave me a ticket number : XXXXXXXXXX and told me that I will be contacted but nothing till now.
I wonder if the you can just reactivate the connection or solve this problem or give me some advice.
Thanks a lot.

Hello @m.alshaheen and welcome to our o2 community :-)

I am sorry to hear there were issues with you DSL connection. Contacting our technical DSL depatrement was the right move, all necessary steps will automatically take place after opening a trouble ticket.

If there is any new information or we need an appoinbtment you will be contacted via SMS, depending on what the possible reason for the issue might be, this normally happens within a short time.

Since you were already in contact, was everything solved to your satisfaction? Or are there still any questions you need answers to? :-)

Regards,

Lars

Thanks a lot @o2_Lars  for the reply.

A technician came to my House and identified the problem with a faulty TAE socket he replaced it and everything worked again.
