On 8 or 9th of January I've oder online to change the contract from Vodafone to O2,]
but there was issues with this transfer and nothing happened, I would like to cancel this order,
I've called and I've manage to speak with an angry operator and I've understood that will be canceled, can you help me to see if will be canceled ?

I had a look into this. It seems to me that the provider that you are still using denies the transfer of the DSL connection with the reason that the name does not match. So I am afraid we will not be able to fulfil your order with the transfer of the connection.
