DSL Contract cancellation - Moving out of Germany

Hello,

I am moving out of Germany soon and would like to cancel my O2 DSL contract.

Please share the instructions including any necessary forms that have to be filled and submitted for contract cancellation.

I have sent my Router back and also a contract termination letter along with Rental contract, De-registration from Germany copy and employment contract. I have also provided the authorization to debit my account for three months. I can see that my post was delivered (Tracking number :  XXXXXXXXXX via Deutsche post) but there is no update in my account details on O2 portal (my account is still active).

Kindly confirm if cancellation is being processed at your side.

My DSL number : XXXXXXXXXX

if an answer is needed as fast as possible I recommend one of our other contact channels that offer a conversation in realtime like phone, chat or WhatsApp. Here in our community an answer may take some days after the last commecnt in a thread. We answer as soon as possible but it still takes some time :-)

I had a look into this and as of today I can not find a letter of cancelation. At what date did you send it to us? I hope you did not send the letter within the same parcel that you send the router?

I did not send the Router & Cancellation letter together, i sent them separately.

I see from the tracking status that the post was delivered on 29/12/2020, refer attached screenshot.

I had a look into this, meanwhile your cancelation has arrived and tóur cancelation department is already working on it. I am sure you will recieve further information soon :-)
