Hello. Is it possible to get DSL activation earlier  datethan what the welcome packet says. I am moving to apartment next week and got an email from O2 stating that activation is 28 April.

welcome to our community. Unfortunately we are unable to bring the appointment forward to an earlier date. If you are in need of internet access did you already check the possibility of a prepaid card with 150 GB data volume?

you can order the prepaid sim here https://www.o2-freikarte.de/prepaid-tarife/myprepaid-9ct/

After activation, you can book the desired pack yourself using the my o2 app or in our online portal.
