Could you send me invoices of march 2021 on my emailId since the online service is not working ?


Can you email me copies of internet connection invoice for March 2021?

Your website is not working.

I get error

Have you tried the app? Otherwise you can request invoices by post. o2 doesn't send invoices by email.

I cannot download the application on my phone since my phone is from India and that app is not available in the region. How can I request by post ?

Either call customer services (quicker) or wait for a moderator hereto forward your request.

Welcome to our o2 Community. 

We had some difficulties showing some invoices in the last week, but our colleagues from IT told us everything is back to normal.

At this moment it should be possible to open and download the invoice as a .pdf file. Can you confirm that?

I am still not able to access it. Not sure if it helps you but it was working fine till month of March and I could download the invoice pdfs. But not working since April.

@shwetavalunj Can you tell us a bit more what happens when you log in to our website?

Is there an error message? Some more details what happens on your sidecould help us a lot.

Sure. In email I have a button which redirects me to this page https://www.o2online.de/mein-o2/ecare/

Here previously I could see the all the invoices and download them.

But now I get following error.

Please sent us your data (your name, customer account no. , date of birth and the last four digits of your IBAN) via private message to our @o2_Support User,

so we can take a deeper look at your case.

Thank you, we have checked the o2 selfcare portal, everything worked, it was possible to open and download your last six invoices.

So please login to our site and try it again it should work now. if it does not work with your standard broweser please try a different one.

It is still not working and I have tried different browsers even incognito but still same error. And now its pretty frustrating for me. 

 

@shwetavalunj That is still strange, cause here from our site everything look fine. 

One Question: Du you use your fixedline number to log in, or a self created username? 

If you are using a username please give it a try with your fixed line number.

It worked with fixed lien number now. But I have always been using my username and have never changed it. Does this mean hence forth I have to use fixedline number only?
