Contract extension


Hello, 

My contract will expire in November and I have a few days to decide if I want to renew or cancel.

I am interested in either o2 My Home L or o2 My Home L Flex. What deals do you have for existing o2 customers?

Also, if I decide to extend the contract, will the new tariff start immediately, or at the end of the current contract?

welcome to our community. :slight_smile:

If you already have a 24 month contract with us, we can’t change to the My Home L flex because it is not allowed. I just send you an offer by email for My Home L with the existing router. Please check. If you like it, just click “Zur Anmeldung” Then everything is done. 

According to the transparency regulation, I am obliged to refer you to our product information sheets which you can download. 

There you will find all product details listed again.

If you wish to cancel the existing contract please note that the last possible cancellation date is August 8th 2021.

If you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask.

Your contract will be changed to August 23rd 2021. The confirmation email should be sent within 48 hours.
