Contract cancellation


Dear O2 Team,

 

I have used the O2 DSL for more than six years. Thanks for your service.

I wrote a letter on May to terminate my contract. Becasue I left Germany on mid-September.  I’ve sent the router to O2 and O2 has comfirmed that router had been recieved.  

However, I just recieved an invoice of October.  Please check what went wrong with the contract termination?  I want to check what happend but I cannot even click the “Kündigung vormerken” button in the online portal anymore. 

Hope you can solve this isssue soon.

the contract ends in September or was it an early termination of "moving abroad" ? 

 

Is this a "Abschlussrechnung"?  That's the last invoice after ending.

Thanks for reminding me! I double-checked the invoice. It is indeed an “Abschlussrechnung” bill. Then, I guess the termination would work well.  :)
