Dear All, the technician came to my place this weekend and since the internet is not already not working well (very slow and I get disconnected very often) and the customer service is difficult for me to deal with I would like to terminate my contract. It is a 24 months contract, could you please enlight me about the procedure to follow and the costs? In alternative, how could you help me with this poor poor quality connection?
