closing my membership


Dear Sir/madam   In the below mail, I have been told that  there will be one more closing bill, and I  got it on 17.02 (63.52 Euro)and I payed it on  12.03.2020 (See in the attachement the  payment document). But Ironically, on 16.03.2020 I got another closing bill (138,55 Euro), which is not supposed  to be sent. I think there is something worng.  Please inform me about.

How much was charged for what, you can see from the invoice. Please read all pages of the invoice carefully.


If you have not returned your o2 rental router, o2 will charge you for damages. 
If you have cancelled an o2 DSL 24-month contract prematurely due to moving abroad, you still have to pay for 3 months from the date of moving. (The notice period is 3 months to the end of a month, calculated from the date of moving abroad.)

welcome to our community. Did you return the router in time? Otherwise you get charged for it a month later. If you already did, please let us know. Then we will get in touch with you by private message asking for the shipping ID. Otherwise go Return label to apply for a shipping label free of charge and send back the device. Afterwards you will get the credit for the pledge.

Thanks for your reply. In the second closing Bill, there is a charge of 75.030 Euro as Zusatzleistungen. İş this charge for router? If I am not wrong, I payed gör the router , it was belonging to me. So I did not send it back.

This is not possible because o2 does not sell any routers. What you have paid is a one-off rental fee. The device is provided to the customer for use only and remains the property of o2. When the contract ends or when a new device is received, it must be returned to o2.

yes @Güney, it is the pledge for the router. @blablup is right, a router is never for sale. But you will get your money back if the router is returned. But don’t wait for too long, after the invoice is sent you have a period of four weeks to correct the mistake.

I checked your account once again and now it is balanced. We credited the open amount yesterday.
