Cacellation of O2 DSL Contract

How do I cancel the O2 DSL contract? I am not satisfied with the difficulty to reach the customer service or the current tariff I am paying. Please let me know.

Fill out the cancellation form, sign it and send it to o2 by letter or fax as indicated. Provided you comply with the notice period, the contract will be terminated at the agreed end of the contract (see invoice) and your o2 DSL connection will then be deactivated. 

If you have received a router from o2, please remember to return the device to o2 when your contract ends. Please use the o2 DSL returns portal.

@o2_Matze actually I am quite happy with the internet speed and the stable connection.

However, since I am the only person currently using the internet connection, I feel I am spending too much and might benefit from discounted rates for new registration with some other provider.

if you decide to exend your contract for two years instead of a monthly period we can look for an offer but we are unable to guarantee if it is worth it.
