your partner DHL , no show

I bought an Ipad from your online service last Wednesday. DHL provided a delivery date for saturday with a window period of 12:00 to 15:30. that is in the middle of the only day on the weekend i can only do personal shopping. So i waited and canceled my plans. No show up! Very disappointed, i really needed the delivery before Monday for a business travel. DHL sucks!!!

We here at o2 have no influence on the delivery times of DHL and their compliance. I can understand that this is very annoying for you and hope that your package will reach you soon.
