Wrong Invoices for the Monthly Mobile Services

How can I talk to someone to fix my invoices that are wrong and are taking the wrong amount of money from my account?

The problem is with the amount charged for the basic monthly fee in the last two months. Since Sept 2017 my contract had a discount of 50% of the basic monthly fee that supposed to last for 24 months (meaning Sept 2019). I think the problem is that with the automatic extension of the contract they forgot to include it.

Do you know whether someone could help me to correct this error in 02?

I looked up your mobile account. Your contract extension for the mobile number with which youre logged in our community was in may 2016. Are you sure, that youre logged in with the right contract?

Hi Larissa,

You are totally right that I agreed in a new contract from the 05.05.2016 but that was to get a better price with the same conditions as I had an old contract from 2013 from Alice (former O2).

Then in September 2017, I had a call from O2 to improve my data conditions (Blue All L) but had to agree on a new contract conditions fee (39,99 Eur) but with 50% on the monthly fee for the next 24 months (meaning September 2019).

This conditions were applying until 05.05.2018 when my contract was automatically renewed for one more year and did not pick up the agreement from September 2017.

This story can be followed if you check the invoice content before 05.05.2016, after August 2017 and June 2018

Hello Al,

I just checked your concern, and I can tell you that as it is right now it's all correct.
You had a discount of 50% on your invoice, but that discount you got at the 5th of May 2016. You had it for 2 years then until May 2018, which means that everything got deducted correct.

Also on your invoices you had the information since having that discount.
There it was mentioned like this:


Which means "Valid until 4th of May 2018".

But as I see you already got a new contract now. So, is everything okay for you now? :)
