I am a new O2 client and I was supposed to receive the router yesterday. In the DHL tracking web page I saw the delivery was attempted but the receiver was unknown. I think that happened because the employee at the O2 shop where I hired the connection confused my address. I told him to correct the address and he said he would, but I don't know if he finally did. Is there any English customer service?
