I don't live in Germany, I have never lived in Germany or anywhere near, I have never used O2, I have barely even heard of O2, ... and finally, I'm not a "frau" as I've been referred to in these emails!
I have tried to contact your support via email, by sending an inquiry to an address supplied in one of these emails, but all I got is some generic email ten days ago and nothing after that.
I suppose that somebody gave my email address with their other data when applying to your services, by mistake or as an identity theft.
I'm expecting that you will react accordingly, get proper data for your real customer and stop spamming me.
If you require any more info from me (e.g. phone numbers stated in these emails), I will be glad to provide it.
