Transferwise

Yesterday I tried to pay my bill using Transferwise, I already closed my bank account so I needed to use a different currency, but it didn't give me an ability to put in my customer number. I paid it, got confirmation from Transferwise that the money was sent but not from O2, is it possible for that money to be confirmed, I dont want to pay the money again.

You will need to contact customer services by phone and speak to the finance department (Rechnungsabteilung). Without the customer number it is not possible to automatically match the payment to your account.
