Hi @cirke,

thanks for contacting us here in our English community.

I regret that the authentification-SMS did not get through to you. Did you already test if you get other SMS from other mobile phone numbers?

If not, then check if you have the correct SMSC-number in the settings of your phone. It should be the following number: +491760000443

Please check as well if the message memory for SMS in your phone is full.

I hope I could help you with these suggestions.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Where do I find this SMSC settings on iPhone ?

thank you

Unfortunately you won’t.

Try USSD-Code *#5005*7672# .

Thank you but where do I write USSD code ? 😊

Switch to the phone function of your iPhone and write the code on the phone keyboard.

If I type *#5005*7672# on my iPhone I get a request error

Is there any normal human way to do it ? With o2 app or on the website ?

thank you

The number has to be put in into the phone. Say “thank you” to Apple.

The SMSC-settings come automatically from the SIM. If something went wrong, you can order a new SMS from o2 to renew the settings: https://www.o2online.de/service/smartphones-tablets-router/handy-einstellungen/

Sorry but If I say thank you to Siri my iPhone  answer :  Please
Is there anywhere a way to do it with screenshots ?

my SMS generally works when I dont need it urgently, I had an Am

… Amazon support and I had to stop because I could not get the SMS

I found something here https://www.mobilitaria.com/ussd-codes-for-checking-smsc-on-androids-and-iphone/
but it does not work at all

Sorry but If I say thank you to Siri my iPhone  answer :  Please

Siri says: „Read again what Omikron wrote.“

Have you already tried this?
