SIM not provisioned error. Prepaid SIM. Waiting for Mobile Number Porting for 10 days.

Hello,

I received my prepaid German O2 SIM about two weeks ago. I had applied for Mobile Number Porting to Vodafone which was porcessed successfully. Following that I applied to receive the number on my new O2 SIM. It has been 10+ days since I applied. Now I also see "Sim not provisioned" error in my android phone which was not showing earlier. How can I get my old number and make this error go away?

Does this issue still persists?

To port a number, you need an activated SIM. Did I get that right that you have been able to use it? So, have you activated your o2 prepaid SIM yet?
The form you need to fill when the SIM is activated needs to state the correct data in both customer systems of the old and the new provider.
