Question about cancelation


Hello, this is Hirata.
We (me and my wife) have contracts of mobile phone and wifi.
(My phone number is +49 17xxxxx85)

I need to cancel the contract within this month because we need to go back Japan on this month (22.Jan.2019).
Could you tell me how to cancel and how to return the machine of wifi?
If you have documents for cancelation, could you send me?

Hello Yoshiharu Hirata,

in order to cancel your contracts, we need a written cancellation from you. Your contract has a duration until 16.02.2020 (mobile) and 11.03.2020 (DSL). In order to cancel your contracts out of good will to an earlier date, we also require copies of the following documents: - a deregistration certificate of your present place of residence in Germany - a notification of your new, foreign domicile alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord We also need your approval for us to charge you the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months, as your contracts have a notice period of 3 months.The exact amount of the fee will be notified in a separate letter. Please send the cancellation and the documents to
