postpaid sim


Hello
I have been given a different address. I received bill, but not the SIM because at my shipping address post box I had not put my name at that time .. now I realized and had my name on post box. How do I get the sim back.

I look forward to here as soon as possible

Do I understand you correctly that you do not have any sim-card for your prepaid-tariff "o2 my Prepaid M"?

Is your contact address now correct? As you write your name was missing on the post-box.

If you need a new sim-card, I can send one for free to your contact address.

I have ordered for new phone(postpaid) with contract., since I shifted to new house, I did not receive postpaid sim.
After I put my name on Address box, I got my phone but not sim..

I have prepaid sim "O2 my prepaid M".
