Porting my O2 mobile number to another provider


Hello,

My contract with O2 is going to end in 4days. I already gave the cancellation notice well before and got the confirmation mail from O2. But now when I try to port the same number with another provider, it was rejected with reason "Fehlendes Opt-in". Please support me to enable the porting.

Ihr neuer Provider muss die "Portierung bis zum Ende des Vertrags" anfordern.

My contract was ended by yesterday. Today I tried to port my O2 number to another provider. But it was rejected by O2. Could anyone support me, how shall I enable the porting at O2?

I just checked it, your mobile number will be transferred to your new provider on the 28th of august.
