thanks for your request, even though I regret your decision.

 

I have just released your number. You will receive a confirmation by SMS in the next few minutes.

 

Please contact now your new provider to order the porting of your number. As we will charge you with a porting-fee of 24,95 €, please make sure that you have this amount as credit on your o2-prepaid-card.

 

If you still have a certain amount left on your card after the porting, you can request the transfer of your credit to your bank account by using this document: credit pay-off
