I have a "O2 Free S Boost Plus" plan, and I ordered a partner SIM-card around 10 days ago (as my current plan has the multi-card option) but haven't received it via post yet. However, In the "Mein o2" page it says that the SIM-card is sent and that I can activate it.
Could someone at customer support check the status of my partner SIM-card please? I don't speak German, and I hope someone could help here. Many thanks.
