Partner SIM card not received via post


Hello, 

I have a "O2 Free S Boost Plus" plan, and I ordered a partner SIM-card around 10 days ago (as my current plan has the multi-card option) but haven't received it via post yet. However, In the "Mein o2" page it says that the SIM-card is sent and that I can activate it.

Could someone at customer support check the status of my partner SIM-card please? I don't speak German, and I hope someone could help here. Many thanks.

welcome to the o2 community!

I’m not sure if it’s good news or bad news for you that the current status of your 2nd SIM card is “sent, waiting for activation”. :relaxed:

Occasionally, the shipment of a SIM card can be delayed, but as we’re approaching 14 days since the card was ordered, it should’ve reached you by now.

Did you get it in the meantime?

Many thanks for your message.

Unfortunately I still haven't received my partner SIM. Since it has already been around two weeks, would it be possible to order a new one in stead of this 2nd SIM? Or do you I have to wait longer?? anyway, I appreciate your help!

(PS: I received my original SIM card to the same address, and it took only couple of days, so I am assuming there may have been a problem with the delivery?) .

that is indeed unusual.

I have now cancelled the multicard you were supposed to receive and have sent you a new one.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed that this time it will be delivered. :relaxed:
