O2 pre-paid Sim
Hello , I already have installed an O2 DSL Flex M internet service at my residence in Nuremberg. I wanted to ask where should I get an O2 sim pre-paid. I am not from Germany or EU will I be able to activate the sim online if I order it to my address or should I just go to the near by O2 shop and buy there and activate with my passport ? Do they speak English at the customer service at most O2 shops?

Hello there!
You can either order your card online, or get one from the o2 shop.
Identification will be handled over the PostIdent Process. The DeutschePost has summarized the different accepted documents on this site:
Regarding the Shop:
The Identification process won´t be much different there, they´ll call the VideoIdent-Service in order to activate the card.
I have no information about the spoken languages in each shop (besides german of course), that depends on my co-workers.
