O2 Mobile and Internet Plan without data cap in the latter

Hello all,

I'm Jon, a potential client of yours asking for information in the Blue One plan which has me in doubt.

The plan allows me to have a mobile plan and a internet plan combined, with three different options to choose. As a foreigner who needs both a German phone number and a internet connection, this is a really good plan.

But, reading the conditions of the contract, I have read that there is a 300 GB data cap on the DSL plan. Which prompts me the question of if there is any workaround where I remove this data cap since I read that a standalone DSL plan doesn't have it.

Would the solution be having two standalone internet and mobile contracts? Is there any better option? The site states that it's a combined plan is 10 € cheaper but at a cost of throttling the internet speed after watching some Netflix/Amazon/VoD services...

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Jon

Hello jontxu22,
the conditions mentioned there are not as up to date as they should be. The DSL M as of today has no limit in the amount of data that you can transfer. So you won't be running into a "Buffering" episode while binge-watching you favourite series on Netflix ;-)

Lars
Helo Lars,

thank you for the answer.

is that only applicable to the DSL M plan? I know that the internet speed is subject to the conditions of the building and such, but if DSL L has the same offer I might think about it.

Regards,
Jon.

Hello jontxu22.
sorry that my answer was a little bit unclear. Every DSL tariff starting with DSL M and higher has no limit in the data usage.
You can check the available speed that we offer on a specific adress here.
Regards,
Lars
