O2 DSL connection handover to friend in different location

Hi there,

I am moving out of Germany in the month of December. I have one friend of mine who lives in the same building but on different floor and she wants to take my o2 connection.

So basically, I need to change the account holder of my o2 connection and router location will also be have to changed from my house to her house but in the same building.

What is the procedure to do this and what is the cost O2 will charge for this?

I tried contacting local shops in Dusseldorf but they said this can be done only through online request and I do not see any option to initiate this request.
