No access to o2 Account anymore

Hello,
On 11th of February I upgraded my DSL contract from 10mb to 50mb. Everything is working fine, but I do not have access to my o2 Account anymore.
It says:

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.


I proceed as mentioned and in every browser I am using I have the same problem. Also in O2 app, I do not Ave access.
I would appreciate your help to solve this problem. I do not have access to my contracté (mobiles and DSL).

my co-workers are already on the case. But as of now, there´s no new information to share 😞
We´ll have to wait just a little bit longer, I´m afraid.

And because I cannot access to my o2 Account, I cannot have access to username and password (SIP server, SIP Username, SIP password) of the VoIP o2 phone numbers. How could I get them? It is urgent. Tjanls

@Pinfo what kind of router you use? Correct typ please. If you have a correct Fritzbox router it can get the sip configuration from O2 by themselves.

As I said I have o2 homebox 6641 and an IP Telephone SPA525G (Cisco). I am using the CISCO IP phone for my o2 phone numbers. Everything worked perfectly before upgraded my contract to 50mb internet speed. As I said previously, Since I upgraded my contract to 50mb speed, I do not have access to my o2 account (website and app) anymore. And it looks like password as been also changed for my IP o2 phone numbers. The unique possibility for me to check it, is to go on my o2 account, but I do not have access!! It is already 10 days and nothing is done. Waiting for your urgent support.

Hello @Pinfo,
you will not be able to use an IP phone attached to the Homebox. The o2 Router automaticylly gets all necessary information for phones. You can attach a phone directly to the router but it is not possible to use the SIP Data on a second device.

Ok, but anyway I do not have access to my o2 Account, neither on the website and app. It is already more than 15 days!!
Please help, I need to check my account. Wait for your urgent support!

unfortunately there is nothing we can fo to speed up this process right now, this issue has already been escalated to the technical department. I am sorry but all we can do right now is to ask for patience... :-/
