My invoice

I can not get my invoice on-line. For some time ther is information:

thanks for asking, my issue is not solved.

In general the navigation of O2 site is difficult I`m not even sure if I should reply here or to any other address.

Please help me with the invoice.

Please find here a description, how you can log-in into “Mein o2” in order to see your invoice: Mein o2-account

 

Do you manage to get to your invoices with this instruction?

 

If not, try to get your invoices by using the “Mein o2”-App.

thank you for your reply.

Anyway, it did not work out. I think it can be issue with the registered phone number. How to check this registration? In the welcome letter, I was given the number I mentioned before. But this not works.

The phone number must be registered.✅
After transferring a phone number, please register again with the imported phone number, since the registration with the provisional o2 number no longer works.

I have only a Polish mobile number which can not be registered in your system. 

Also I was trying to get the app but I do not have it in the Appstore.
