Mobilfunknummer wurde deaktiviert!


Hey O2 Team,

Kindly I need your help for my mobile phone number that was unfortunately deactivated by your side couple of days ago probably for contract expiry!

Since I’m abroad travelling these days and would be out of Germany till beginning of February so my question is:
  1. Is it possible to renew/ extend or choose new contract online or following your help assistance?
  2. If not and I’d wait till February to choose a new contract, is my number will still be the same till then which is the most important thing for me saving my number!

Hi @iSchnappi,

the 15th of August is the very last day on which you can send your request for a termination of your contract if you want it to end on 15th November 2019. Beyond that day, it will simply continue for 12 months until 15/11/2020.

If you'd like to change your contract (and get a different tariff or a different data volume, for example) you can do so any time by writing a direct private message to @o2_VVL: Just specify which tariff, data volume, or smartphone you're interested in and they will answer you directly to make you a good offer.

If you choose a new contract, it will have a runtime of 24 months which will start the very day you actually change your contract, i.e. the runtime will not be added to the remaining months of your current contract.

That means I can change my contract to a new different tariff with a new smartphone for example at any time during my current running contract? like till the end of this year I can renew/ update to a new 24-months contract?
