Making sure my contract does not renew


Hello,

My mobile phone contract ends on 03/30/2019. With my 3 month notice period, that means the "last cancellation date" is 30/12/2018.

I would like to make sure that my contract does not automatically renew, and ends completely on 03/30/2019. How can I make sure this happens?

Hi @lawson.duncan,

the easiest way is to register for a cancellation of contract in the respective section of Mein o2:
Tarif & SIM-Karte --> Vertrag verwalten --> Kündigung vormerken --> Weiter.

After that you'll just need to call the hotline once and cofirm your termination of the contract (this is important, the registration alone does not end your contract).

Alternatively, you could send a letter by registered mail to:

Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg

However, no one on that phone number speaks any English, and my german is very bad.

How can I cancel the contract without calling the phone number?
