Hi!

Do I need to pay for Lycamobile for porting?

You need to ask Lycamobile if they charge a porting fee or not.

o2 does not charge a fee if you take your mobile phone number with you to o2.

Can I get o2 Prepaid e sim card?

An eSim is currently not available for o2 prepaid customers.

I already did number porting request via o2.de website. However after that I got sim card via post which is new number. Please explain me next step. O don't need new number. I need my old number.

The porting is carried out a few days after the activation of the o2 Sim card with your ID.

After activating the SIM card, however, you can log in to the Mein o2 customer portal with the provisional mobile phone number and manage your o2 prepaid card. If there is a problem with the porting, you can instruct the porting there again: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/mnp

Hint: You also get the bonus (Wechselbonus) if you move your phone number within 3 months after activation.

Thanks a lot for prompt response.

I have activated prepaid sim card with new number. And o2 team asked me to do the sim porting via App. But I am not sure how to do via app. Please help me

Porting the phone number via Mein o2 App is only available for o2 postpaid customers. Prepaid customers have to do it via Mein o2.  It makes no difference

Have you already told Lycamobile that you want to take your phone number to another provider?
Is there a porting fee? Have you topped up this onto your Lycamobile card?
If so: Enter here https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/mnp

I love to paint.
I hope it is so understandable for you.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them.:relaxed:
