Kundigung PROBLEM


Hi.

Why was my Kuendegung accepted and my line shut down for two weeks then suddenly back on and locked into another 1 year contract!!??

I stated that I moved to an area that has no O2 reception!! it is clear that O2 needed to be dropped. I stated my reason, it was accepted by your colleague and then ignored! I cannot use your service, as it dose not exsist in southern Bavaria!

I am extreamly angry and dissapointed, I will escalate this issue.

Does it concern a mobile or a landline contract?
Cause you posted in both boards.

I had to edit your username, it seems to me to be a phone number.

My mobile service is not available at my new address. O2 accepted my kündigung, cut my service for a week or so then ignored my request and started my contract again.

I am not paying for a service that cannot support its own phone service.
Let me out of the contract, it is useless to me.

you currently have two contracts with us, -880 and -721, both are an o2 Free M, and both were started in May 2018.
Since they both have a contract period of 24 months, your cancellation was scheduled for the end of that period, i.e. May 2020.
Also, both numbers are currently ready for a transfer to a new provider by a porting order.

So the cancellations of both contracts were indeed accepted, they will be terminated according to the end of the usual 24-month-period.

Jan, I'm not going to pay for further service. My 2 mobile phone numbers do not work where I moved, that forced me to switch carriers.

I had no other problems with o2 until now, but it is not fair to force me to pay for a service that I cannot use.

I'm sorry to hear that our services at your current address are not up to what you expect from o2, and of course you're free to choose the carrier you like best. But the contract is not bound to network coverage at one particular address and it has a running time of 24 months.

If you'd like to send in a complaint about this it is best to send it by letter to our customer service at the following address:
