The problem is that I'm a new customer of O2. The company sent me a Homebox 6441 router . This week an employee of O2 came to check the DSL connection, he just said "Internet gut", connected my router to the phone network and left.
I opened 192.168.1.1, but there was "Status der Aktivierung" - red cross. Button Weiter doesn't work. Sometimes DSL connection is up, but only for a few seconds, and I can't do anything with this.
The DSL LED blinking green sometimes, but alsmost all the time it's off.
Let me know if you need any other info. Really hard to fix something like this when can't speak German 🙂

The support gave me an ID and said to call by another one phone number, but I didn‘t get answer there. Also if I need to follow instructions of robot which using German language I will fail anyway.

did you make sure that all cables and connections are sitting fimr in the corresponding plugs and that there are no aditional cables or hardware between the wall plug and the router itself?
Please also try resetting the router by pressing the reset button for about 20 seconds.
If this still brings no change it is necessary to open a trouble ticket for the DSL connection. Please call the DSL technical hotline while being at home. If you do not speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

I‘m sure that everything is connected right and sitting well. Also the first time the router was connected by o2 technic guy, I think he is understand how to do it correctly.
I‘m not using any additional hardware or software stuff to connect or protect my connection.
I will try to reset my router and open a trouble ticket. Is there a possibility to open the ticket without phone call? Or only this way?
