Incorrect Bill


Last month I contracted two mobile phone L tariffs because the second one should benefit from a 50% discount. However I’ve received a normal bill without any discount over the second line. This morning I went to the O2 shop where I contracted the mobile phone lines and the Shop Assistant told me that he was not able to help me because this was a problem of O2 financial headquarters (weirdest answer ever, in my opinion).

 

Could you please help me?

Hi @Rtorra,

welcome to the o2 community!

I’m not sure why your contract does not include a 50% discount because I don’t know its details, but since you made that contract in a shop I’d need to ask you to contact the shop again, I’m afraid those contracts cannot be altered by us here at the online customer service.

So how can I deal with the guy at the shop if he does not want to help me? Can I go to another o2 shop? I contracted the two lines with o2 because I was also a client of Telefonica in Spain and I did not have any problems there.

Hi @Rtorra,

I understand this is not ideal, but deals made in a shop may not be changed by us. You can try a different shop, of course, they will be probably able to help you there.
