I got a contract without ordering anything. ASAP assistance needed Please


Good Day,
I got an email that i have a new contract and i will be charged 29.99 on the 13.8.18 for my new O2 mobile contract that i do have or ordered.
I never agreed to any offers that i received i never agreed to any contracts with anyone.
This is totally wrong and illegal.
I would appreciate a lot if someone have the minimum respect to solve this issue right away.

Are you sure that the email is not a fake? The email confirming a new contract doesn't say when the payment is due.

Can you copy the text of the email here?

Are you sure you haven't had contact with o2 concerning a new contract or an extension of an old contract? In any case: Attached to that email you should have a "Widerrufsbelehrung" (information on how to cancel the contract). You need to do this within 14 days.
BUT I DID NOT DO ANY OF THIS HOW CAN YOU GIVE SOMEONE A CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY CONTACT WITH ME IS THIS A SCAM OR WHAT
Did you renew your contract lately?
Is the mobile number mentioned there your own?
i never had a contract with O2 or any contract, i just have prepaid sim with another Carrier.
I don´t have any relations with O2. How did you get my Bank infos and you created a contract??????????????? And no this is not my numbes

We (other customers!) are trying to help you but please:

  1. Don't shout (use capital letters) as this is impolite
  2. Use just 1 question mark or exclamation mark at a time (or is your keyboard broken?)
If you did not enter into a contract with o2 then it looks like somebody may have stolen your identity pr concluded the contract using your data. You should contact o2 by phone (or ask someone to do so who speaks German) to clarify how and when this contract was concluded.
