How can I proceed to cancel my contract of 20gb

I have to cancel my contract for two reasons

1 is because I cannot pay it anymore

2 I'm going to France to live...

I did it 10 days ago the contract but not online... In the shop they told me they can't cancel it.

Can you help me out? I have to send a letter and afterwards they are going to kill me with the penalization right?

Hi @TANITO23,

welcome to our English community.

I am happy to help you with the cancellation because of moving abroad.

You find a detailed explanation in this link: http://g.o2.de/w21 There you select the “cancellation form for moving abroad”.

Please provide the following documents together with the cancellation form:

  • a deregistration certificate of your present place of residence in Germany
  • a notification of your new foreign domicile (alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord)
  • your approval for us to charge the all-inclusive basic fee for 3 months

I hope I could be of help to you.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hello, I will like to port my number to another operator, can I please get the Port Authorization Code (pac) and also to release my number. Thanks

Which new provider did you choose?

Lycamobile, can you help me out?

The PAC is not used in Germany for prepaid or postpaid (private). If you have a business contract, you must provide your customer number when porting.
The number 0800 - 22 11 12 2 is responsible for business customers. Note: The o2 employees in the forum do not have access to the business customer data.

For postpaid (private) and prepaid, you can get your mobile phone number released here. This is valid for 30 days (60 days for prepaid) and will be confirmed to you by SMS / email. Here in the forum you should be patient for a few days for further help or call the o2 hotline: 0176 - 888 55 222 (postpaid) or 0176 - 888 55 282 (prepaid)

Are you still in Germany?

Do you mean Lycamobile Germany or Lycamobile UK?

Dear @Pretty7 ,

your number is now released for porting and can be taken over by your new provider. The porting declaration is valid for 30 days.

The processing of a port (i.e. the time until the day it actually takes place) can take several days, but the actual technical transfer of the number is then quite fast, so there should be no major downtime.

Please make sure that all personal data at the new provider is exactly the same as you entered with us so that the transfer can work.

You will be charged 29,95 EUR for the porting, which will be shown on the final invoice.

Kind regards,

Andrea
