hello o2 , order problem

Hello o2 , my order number is WSHWxxx0939 , i order huwawi 5t and is supposed to come with the phone huwawi freebuds but unfortunately i got the phone without it , its was ur promotion that why i bought the phone so please can u solve this problem for me … and thank you

I'm not very familiar with that promotion but I think you have to register your smartphone at Huawei to get your freebuds lite. Please have a look at this website:

as mentioned by @worki you have to register yourself for the earbuds on the Huawei website.

After purchasing an action device during the promotion period, participants can register at https://consumer.huawei.com/de/promotions/nova5t/ until 24.11.2019 (cut-off time). Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation of participation by e-mail.

(Nach Erwerb eines Aktionsgerätes im Aktionszeitraum können sich die Teilnehmer unter https://consumer.huawei.com/de/promotions/nova5t/bis spätestens 24.11.2019 (Ausschlussfrist) registrieren. Bei erfolgter Registrierung erhalten sie eine Teilnahmebestätigung per E-Mail. )
