DSL Störung nach dem Aktivierungstag


Hello O2,

I have a DSL contract with you and that is on 03.07.2019 activated. Since then I do not get internet. I have seen the incident and you have missed the date.

There is the third incident date for tomorrow and I do not know that the technician is coming or not tomorrow. Every technician costs a day off and I can not adjust anymore. Please help me !!

what type of router do you have?
If you have a homebox. What is the DSL LED doing (on, blinking, off)?
Fritzbox 7390
Power/DSL keeps blinking
Oh nooo.
That could be caused by the 7390...
The router is 9 years old…
Is the router warm?
How fast should be the DSL Line?
You could try to change the Störfestigkeit to one position bevor maximum.

Better is 74xx or 75xx series from AVM.
50MBps DSL line. Router is perfectly fine.
I got Internet for about 5 minutes after activation. Later on, I never got it & Power/DSL kept blinking
You will see. Maybe i am wrong. But the 7390 is a 9 year old router and out of support.
Was the sync 50 Mbit or is 50 MBit the download rate you pay for?
But if the internet will not come back you should change you 7390 to 74xx or 75xx.
Have you change the the Störsicherheit to one below "maximal Stabilität"?
Software is FRITZ!OS 6.85?
Remove the power from the 7390 for an hour and reconnect than.

Techniker came today & fixed the problem. The wire in APL switch was connected wrong & hence the issue.

Now able to access internet & I could see that the router is switching 50MBps.
