DSL english support - no internet after power outage


Hi, I'm hoping someone can help with my internet connection. After a brief power cut our router no longer receives internet (only power light is on and WLAN flashing quickly). We've tried soft and hard reset of the router but the DSL connection never stabilises, and we're unable to get past the first setup page on the homebox config page. The router is homebox 6441. We've tried many times to get support via the hotline but with limited German it's been impossible to resolve the problem via the phone.

Hello @parsons.rk,
I had a look into this. On the first of March, there was a power outage in parts of berlin that also had a major impact on the DSL connections in that part of the town.
Power and DSL connections were restored on the following day. And as far as I can see this happened also to your connection as I it is up and running again :-)
