DSL Connection

After the Telekom technician activates the DSL connection in my house, is the internet connection supposed to work immediately? I connected the router to the DSL and it keeps blinking with no internet.

What kind of router you have? Complete model number please. What (V)DSL tarif you order?
Is the connection working now? Sometimes it takes a few hours After the Technican installed the line and the System runs correctly.
I have the same issue. But my homebox 6441 is not working at all.
The technician came to.my house, make some cable connections and told me that it should work in 2 hours.
14 hours has passed and nothing is working. My router keeps with the power lights on, but all the others lights is off.
The customer service don't speak English and the chat never answered .
I really regrets to have chosen O2. Next time I will not sign anything until everything is working before the technician leaves my house.

as far as I can see your DSL connection is up and running now.

you already opened a trouble ticket with our technical DSL hotline, the department is still working on it and I am sure the connection will be working soon.

Hello @o2_Lars, thanks for checking. The connection is running yes. However I'm noticing several disconnects throughout the day. The router starts blinking and I get no connection for some minutes.

Is it possible for you to check this on your side to confirm it is happening? It is a bit annoying.
