I ordered a Note 10+ from O2 almost a week ago. But, yesterday the status was updated DHL website that DHL tried to deliver the package, although this is not correct as I was in my workplace from 9 AM till 7 PM.
I called DHL yesterday, and they confirmed that they will try to deliver again this week
But, today I got another mail from O2 that the package will be return to O2 and it will be like cancelled order and I will get my deposit back!
Is it possible to rather than cancelling my order, to pick it up from any O2 shop ?
Could you please help
