Dear o2, The service team claims that my DSL is activated REMOTELY, The technician did not show up yesterday(12:00 to 16:00) and the DSL light does not blink green! what should I do ?


I live in Frankfurt, and had an appointment for a person from 12:00 to 16:00 yesterday. The T-mobile person did not show up. Then I went to the nearest o2 centre and asked them to check. They said the status is that it's activated but the activation was done REMOTELY. So, I went to test it immediately now I connect my o2 box, The DSL light is not green. Then I use the CD to follow the installation procedure. I am stuck at this place 

"Bitte Überprüfen Sie die Verkabelung ihrer o2 HomeBox" and side by there is a red cross.

 

I removed the wires reconnected the o2 Router and turned it off and on number of times. Sometimes the mark becomes green but for very little time (some milli seconds). How do I proceed with the next step? They (o2 centre ) asked me to call a technician - 0800 5251378, I called it 5 times and it just goes to automated voice box and repeats my contract details. There is no technician as such ! I am lost what to do

Should I click on Zugangs-PIN  and then enter the pin I received ? I am frustrated and disappointed  that the Telekom technician did not show up first to activate DSL and now the support claims that my DSL is activated which is not true as the the DSL green light does not blink!  I have wasted 4 hours waiting for this technician and now spent more hours after the support team CLAIMS my DSL is activated. But my DSL light does not blink Green! Is o2 simply making this up that my DSL is activated ?

I called the o2 helpline 15 times. wasted 3 -4 hours  !!!!!! explaining the problem Still no NEW  appointment. The customer service plays around transferring calls to different people. I still do not have a new appointment fixing my DSL line !  What's happening ??? is this the kind of service that o2 offers ? I feel cheated!!!!

Is o2 even listening ? is this the kind of company that o2 is?

1. The people working if called make up false claims like you had an appointment  of friday! lol  

can someone help me fix this ? or should I put this on social media sites and every expat community about how this Organization functions, people make up stuff and probably move the legal route?

the thread that you answered to is over two years old so even ift he issue was solved I doubt there will be an answer.
As far as I can see you already contacted our technical DSL service and a trouble ticket was opened for you. The technical departement will have a look into this, as soon as there are news or questions you will recieve an SMS. I assume you already tested to reset the router to factory defaults?
