I removed the wires reconnected the o2 Router and turned it off and on number of times. Sometimes the mark becomes green but for very little time (some milli seconds). How do I proceed with the next step? They (o2 centre ) asked me to call a technician - 0800 5251378, I called it 5 times and it just goes to automated voice box and repeats my contract details. There is no technician as such ! I am lost what to do
Should I click on Zugangs-PIN and then enter the pin I received ? I am frustrated and disappointed that the Telekom technician did not show up first to activate DSL and now the support claims that my DSL is activated which is not true as the the DSL green light does not blink! I have wasted 4 hours waiting for this technician and now spent more hours after the support team CLAIMS my DSL is activated. But my DSL light does not blink Green! Is o2 simply making this up that my DSL is activated ?
