I am a tourist who has purchased an O2 SIM card and I need some urgent help! I bought a SIM card with 5GB data pack in Germany earlier this month, and used it in the Czech Republic, Austria, and now in Hungary (EU roaming).
Yesterday, I started getting the "Could not activate cellular data network" error, even with data and roaming on. Data was previously working in Hungary. A SIM unlock code, which was found and entered. Data briefly started working again. Then this error started again, and now I can not get rid of it! I've tried restarting the phone, reinserting the SIM, altering the APN setting, changing the mobile carriers, and nothing works.
Online chat yesterday because I can not speak English.
I urgently need to use this data for my travel. I can not even make it out of my trip, and I do not use it up, I keep getting disconnected. How can I get this fixed or get my money back?
