Hello

i want to extend my contract to (o2 free unlimited smart) can you please tell me what’s your offer how much should i pay monthly I’m your member since almost 2 years.

Hi thanks for changing but i can’t deactive my other simcard (multicard)the link doesn’t work can you do it for me?also you activated (O2 TV L special) but I didn’t asked for that can you please deactive that too.

thanks a lot for your reply.

 

According to your wish, I just have deactivated the option “o2 TV L” for you. The deactivation will take place on 21st March 2020. Until then you will not be charged for this option.

 

In order to deactivate your multicard, I have just sent a private message from @o2_Support to you. Please reply there to the private message.
